Payment Options
  1. Send check or Money Order.
  2. 50% down - balance due on delivery.
  3. $50.00 down - make five monthly installments, balance due on the fifth month.

Terms
  1. Construction will not start until 50% of cost is received.
  2. Construction will take approximately 4-8 weeks.
  3. Refunds - a) A full refund will be given if 50% of the cost has not been received.

    4. b) If 50% of cost has been received, only the amount over the 50% of cost can be refunded.

  4. Free delivery to 25 mile radius of Versailles, KY. $.30 per mile outside of 25 mile radius. Mileage will be computed using PCMilerŽ.

5. Delivery is also available via UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service.
